At TapDrop, we are committed to delivering your eco-premium refillable hand wash products quickly and safely. Since we ship from Karachi, Pakistan, we partner with reliable local logistics couriers to offer nationwide coverage.

1. Delivery Zones & Timelines

• Karachi: 1 to 2 working days.
• Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan): 2 to 4 working days.
• Other Locations & Rural Areas: 3 to 5 working days.

Note: Delivery timelines may be slightly longer during sale events, public holidays, or due to unforeseen weather or security conditions.

2. Shipping Charges

• We charge a flat delivery fee of PKR 150 on all orders within Pakistan.
• Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders of PKR 2,000 or more.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We primarily operate using Cash on Delivery (COD). Please ensure the exact payable amount is ready upon delivery. The courier rider will only hand over the sealed package once the payment has been collected.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a SMS/WhatsApp confirmation containing your tracking number and logistics partner details. You can track your shipment live using our Track Order page.
