How long does it take for a sachet to dissolve?

Normally, one of our foaming soap sachets dissolves completely in about 3 to 5 minutes. Use warm tap water to speed up the process.

Can I use my own foaming pump bottle?

Yes! If you have a clean foaming pump bottle from a previous soap, you can drop our sachets in it. Make sure it has a foaming nozzle, as a standard gel nozzle won't create foam.

What are your shipping rates and timelines?

We ship nationwide across Pakistan with standard Cash on Delivery (COD). Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days. Shipping is PKR 150, or completely free for orders above PKR 2,000.

Are the hand washes safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Our soap formulations use gentle, coconut-based surfactants and natural botanical essential oils. We do not add synthetic dyes, parabens, or harsh sulfates.
